Who we are
A Moment of Reflection is a faith-based ministry founded by Tracye Hawthorne, devoted to encouraging others to pause, reflect, heal, and draw closer to God. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at amoreincs@gmail.com.
Information we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address (for physical products), and order details. Payments are processed securely by PayPal — we never see or store your card numbers.
When you contact us through the Share My Reflection form or sign up for encouragement emails, we collect your name, email address, and anything you choose to share in your message.
Like most websites, ours automatically collects basic technical information (such as browser type and pages visited) through standard cookies that keep the site and shopping cart working.
How we use your information
We use your information to process and deliver your orders, send order confirmations and download links, respond to your messages and prayer requests, and send the encouragement emails you signed up for.
Email communications
If you subscribe to daily affirmations or weekly encouragement, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. It is shared only as needed to run the ministry's store: with PayPal to process payments, and with our website host to operate the site and deliver your orders.
