About these terms
These terms govern purchases made through the bookstore at amomentofreflection.org. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Our products
Digital: From Darkness to Light: A Journey Worth the Scars (Audiobook) — delivered as MP3 audio files by email after successful payment. Your personal download link is valid for 48 hours.
Physical: From Darkness to Light: A Journey Worth the Scars (Paperback) and the Journaling Your Way to Freedom reflection journal — shipped to the address you provide at checkout.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is accepted through PayPal. A flat $5.00 shipping charge applies to physical products. There is no shipping charge for the digital audiobook.
Shipping (physical products)
Physical orders are shipped within 5 business days of payment via standard carrier, with a free shipping.
Returns and refunds
Digital audiobook: the audiobook is non-refundable once your download link has been delivered.
Physical products: if your book or journal arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of receiving it at amoreincs@gmail.com and we will replace it or refund you. Refunds are issued via original payment method.
